Аннотация


The article is addressed to the historical aspectsof residential buildings architecture in the  USSRof 1960s and 70s.The authors draw attention to the incompetent criticism of housing construction ofthat period; they restore and explain the historical reasons and social-economic factors underlying the Soviet urban planning.
