QUALIFIED PERSONNEL TRAINING SYSTEM FOR THE MINING INDUSTRY AT THE KHABAROVSK TERRITORY

Аннотация


The author shows the system of career guidance and personnel training for the mining industry in the Khabarovsk Territory. The system allows reducing the shortage of qualified personnel at the existing and newly commissioned production facilities of the mining industry in the region. It is concluded that if the experience is shown and distributed in other subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District, it would increase the production potential of the mining industry in the region.
